The following defines some of the data elements included here, modeled from data fields desired by previous reunion sites we've worked with. Your site does not have to follow this model or use the same definitions - we can help set it up anyway that makes sense to you!

Classmate Status - Current means that someone from the team actually communicated with the classmate and confirmed that all contact information is up-to-date. In contrast, updated could mean that someone else provided some info that is accurate, but final confirmation from the classmate has not yet occurred.

Team Updates - this data simply assumes that the members of the planning team each take a part of the class list to contact. This data shows who's doing their job!

Total Attending and Who's Coming - should be self-explanatory.
